The staff were friendly, the library was fun, the pool and kids area are great and were the highlight for our family. Live music at night at the cafe was lovely. Food choices were good because we could eat at the hotel’s cafe/restaurant or go to the restaurant at the next door hotels, and we tried both options. Next door was more fancy and more expensive but we actually enjoyed the food more at the Magenta cafe at Grande Valore. The mini mart was very handy too. Love that the room had a full size fridge and freezer - never see that in other hotels. Also a stove, a rice cooker, toaster, capsule coffee maker, tea kettle and gallon water dispenser! And the rooms had SO MUCH STORAGE! The bath and shower were lovely and the hair dryer worked well.

It’s a nice “pet friendly” place. Pet, I brought a small dog can play all around the area freely, except pool & inside the restaurant. For me it’s very nice.

it was very spacious and equipped with big fridge and water dispenser and also microwave oven. you can Even cook here because the kitchen is complete with utensils. I will again stay here of course if I visit cikarang.

It was a great place to stay. Pet friendly and they even gave us a gift package for our dog. Comfortable bed, clean room, hot water ran well and the amenities were very complete.
